You can use any shampoo you would normally use, but after a hair transplant, you should be very careful to only massage that part of the scalp extremely gently but thoroughly to encourage more blood flow to that area to help nourish your hair's roots. No scrubbing! Any baby shampoo should be fine, as they are formulated to be particularly gentle and to rinse out very cleanly.
