Looking for the best hair transplant surgeons in Florida! Help! :D?

I am almost 21, and have suffered severe hair loss since I was 18. I am looking to get a surgical hair transplant soon. But I want it to be an actual, truthful place I go to - I don't want some jerk taking my cash and ruining my scalp. What can you guys recommend? Who is the best, regardless of price?
